Located in the worst part of downtown. Homeless encampments & trash!! The dealership was dirty & in need of a remodel. The vehicle smelled & was beat up!!

Great communication from all staff i interacted eith. They are amazing and so helpful. They secured financing and worked all kinds of deal for me to get me into the exact car I wanted with payments I could afford.

This was a terrible experience. I had been in contact with the dealer trying to set up a day for me to test drive the Toyota tundra. Once I arrived they took almost an hour to just bring the vehicle out. They had told me the truck had a nail in the tire and so that's why it was taking so long. Once they brought the vehicle out, I had my mechanic inspect the truck inside and out. The dealer had mentioned the truck had a minor accident on the left side. Sure enough my mechanic found faulty sensors for the O2 emissions, fuel sensors, and air bag sensors. The air bag sensors was the biggest safety issue for me. Then we found the hood was misaligned. I let the dealer know and they mentioned they wouldn't fix the issue and that I would have to fix it myself. No thanks. They also wanted to add $6000 of addons on top of the sale price. I don't trust this dealer.

Would never buy a car here. Offered an outrageous high apr, while I have a high credit score. When I questioned charges on the offer I was brushed off and was told I must pay the up charges. All this amounted to a significant large finale OTD price that was down right insulting. Hoping I wouldn’t have the foresight to run the numbers myself. After I walked out the next day I was bombarded with phone calls, emails and texts after I told them I would not be doing business with them. I went ahead and bought a truck somewhere else.

Dealership said they weren't selling this car anymore because frame damage then relisted it cheaper

Made an appointment to come in and talk about a 2025 Maverick set at 25,450 and once we drove over an hour to get there we were told that the car couldn’t be sold because of a recall issue. They knew about this issue and didn’t shoot me a text or a phone call to not come to my appointment. They however tried selling me higher trims of the maverick and I declined. Very shady of the dealership. It seems like they only had this car listed to get people to come in.
