Ford dealerships near me (Loris, SC)

I informed Conway that I woild pick up the truck the week of and the day before. The truck was unavailable when I arrived. I traveled 4 hrs and had to return home without the truck after doing all paper work and paying for the truck . They offered to deliver but was unsure of when they could deliver because of weather. I also had to return after I left because they failed to give me my paper work. Highly dissatisfied with my experience with Conway Ford

I actually bought a Mazda 3 there. I had excellent service and it was a pleasant experience. My salesman, Aaron was especially great to work with.

They were very nice and helpful, I got sick and was unable to go and look at the truck .

They call me back and I made an appointment to test drive, but had to cancel because somthing came up they were very friendly but the car was sold.

Sales Manager BD refuses to return my wife’s calls. We drove 3.5 hours to test drive the car. It was a rainy and gloomy day unfortunately we couldn’t see the damage to the car until we got it home and dried it off. The right front bumper of the car has had an impact of some sort. Both Carfax nor the dealer claimed the car has been in a wreck. The right front rim has damage that’s been repaired, the right canard is glued/epoxied to the bumper, the grill Cadillac badging does not sit properly in its recessed mount point. The right side front bumper area is scratched into the primer and plastic. We were told at time of signing that their mechanics had looked the car over really good, so they knew this damage was there. They included a paint protection coating/detailing fee in the sale, so once again the dealership knew the damages. We will never be buying anything from this dealership again. I wish we could give ZERO stars!
