Ford dealerships near me (Lexington, KY)

Called dealer. Drove to dealer (180 miles each way) Car was sold within 18 hours of being available and I asked to be contacted if car was sold to be called to prevent us from driving there. Never happened. Bad experience with this dealer. Even called the dealer the night before and asked for a call back and this also never happened.

They seemed very helpful at first and then responding right as we were about to purchase. Never heard from them again.

Very good service the owner himself was involved with my purchase they went way above and beyond to make our purchase pleasant.

Drove from 4 hours away after a week of communication to look at a vehicle only to find the AC was out and the brakes needed work. Was told on the phone no mechanical issues, come on down. Disappointed by the sales staff.

Promptly emailed me back, and gave me a courtesy call the next day to let me know that the vehicle was no longer available.
