Seth was very helpful on the entire process. He was considerate and thoughtful of my time. I never felt like he was pressuring me at all. That was very important to me, because I don't like to be pressured in to anything.

The car initially advertised was black, they showed me a diff colored car. Same car but I wouldn't have gone down for a tan one. The other vehicle they advertised I couldn't see because it was in the shop. Why advertise a vehicle if you can't see it? Huge low ball on my trade in. Had they offered the trade in of other dealers offers I actually would have bought the equinox. Oh then they were going to try and force me to take the power train warranty and yes it was built into the price. I told them I didn't want it....I was kind of told sorry you have to take it. That would have been a deal killer in the end. The salesman was cool though. I did email the owner with no response.

I got pre qualified and submitted my credit application online. I still had to make first contact because I waited for them to contact me and it didn’t happen. They were worried more about receiving my money quickly instead of actually doing what was needed to make this transaction happen. Hands down worse experience and a waste of time. I provided so much of my personal information just for them to say that can’t verify my identity which is absurd. I contacted another dealer and had a new Jeep within an hour. Never experienced this level of mismanagement purchasing a vehicle before especially when it’s not my first time using CarGurus.

Well it started out looking like this was going to be a great experience. The communication was spotty, but I assumed that was due to the holidays. Unfortunately just normal to be bad at staying in touch. Sadly with their unreal experience and outrageous down payment requirements this place requires just wasn't somewhere I could work with. Save your time if you are trying to do a trade in and don't have enough money to pay the difference in your vehicles value and their price.
