I was apprehensive about buying a car online. The process went much smoother than expected. I found a car at a great price. The dealership was very accommodating. They even delivered it. Overall I am very pleased with my new 2023 Ford Escape.

I took a truck for a test drive on Saturday and when I got back I asked the sales manager if the truck had been smoked in by the previous owner. His response was no we don't accept trade ins that have been smoked in. It was a farmers truck and what I was smelling was an ionizer to get the farm smell out of it. The sales guy wasn't able to be there so I called him and he said he wasn't aware of it being smoked in either but he had also been sick so he couldn't smell very good. On Monday the sales guy asked another sales member who received the truck from a trade in and confirmed that the previous owner did indeed smoke in it. So I felt like the sales manager lied to my face and they tried to cover up the smell in order to sell the truck. Not a good way to do business! Buyers beware!

lots of pressure to use their banks. i had a loan from my bank and they told me i couldn't use it if i wanted the car. i told them i was tired and hungry and wanted to leave and their it will be just a minute kept me for over 2 hours
