The dealer contacted me the next morning via phone, text, and email. I called to schedule a test drive for two days later and they put the car aside knowing I was traveling a good distance. On the day of the test drive, the experience with the dealer was positive. After the test drive, we decided we wanted the car. While we were gone, our trade had been appraised. We accepted the selling price of their car, and they worked with us to bring up the offer on our trade. We went to lunch and when we returned, the car had been washed, and all the paperwork was ready for us. No high-pressure sales - very respectful encounter, even with the finance guy. Would go there again.
