Ford dealerships near me (Grand Haven, MI)

'Ducky' was a great help in researching the car I was looking at. He made a whole series of videos form and test drove the car personally for me since I was buying from out of state. Unfortunately, we couldn't work out a deal, but would definitely buy from him.

Dealer had me drive an hour to look at the vehicle, vehicle was already sold. Tried to get me to look at used Fords instead.

Mark from the dealership responded and I told him we are two hours away but we will be there between 10:30 and 11:30 and we definitely want the truck and he took my number and info and the time was set but when we got there after our two hour drive they sold it to someone else and we were on time. I even called in to confirm that we are on the way. They said they had nothing else comparable to the one we were looking at!! We will never buy from them and I would recommend no one else to buy from them either!
