I made an appointment with them having run my credit and,they called me 1 hour before my appointment to say car was sold. I lost their trust right there

I called on a jeep 2002 jeep and had a conversation with the salesman about my credit and 2 other trucks i bought that are on my credit recently I told him I'm ready to go, I had the down payment the Jeep was taken in the day before on trade, he sent me some pictures once again I told him I'm ready to buy I did the credit application they pulled my credit twice then he TEXED and said they can't finance a vehicle that old. There wasn't a conversation after that if I could pay cash, if I could put half down nothing so now i have 2 hard credit pulls on my credit which I'm not happy about and no vehicle. I asked the salesman to have the person who's in charge of Finance to call me I never received a phone call. I was never told if I put half down they could Finance it or if I could put cash down and just buy it out right there was no communication at all about that. Terrible communication . If you can't finance a vehicle that old why in the hell do you ask for a credit application.

Truck was in the shop getting work done, was told I would be getting a call when available. Never got a call. Bought another truck from another dealership
