These guys at Kunes are all liars. they tell you things you want to hear. Then promise you and turn around and sell. Not a bit of communication from sales rep. I even asked the person to put a deposit down on it to hold the truck. Two days went by he knew I was coming to get the vehicle I booked my flight and hotel. And sent him flight and hotel arrangements.This was on a Wednesday. NOW I was very diligent explain why I needed the truck and he said it would be a good fit for you. So after I sent him flight and hotel he responds cool perfect. Then he starts tell me the truck needs to be jumped everytime to start it and I asked him if he could drop a battery in it and I would pay for services and parts. He texted me back the truck is 27 years old we are not doing anything to the truck like in CAPS with and attitude. Then I sent another message asking him what else was wrong with the truck such as leaks exhaust ect. On Friday he told me its sold. Scams.

Dealer was very easy to work with on this purchase. I was pleased with the clarity of communication with sales rep and finance. Yes, I will recommend this dealer to friends

Everything went great…

I called to make sure the vehicle was available and to make sure they were willing to deal. It was available and I was assured we could deal. The sales rep I dealt with was very pushy and would not even let me try to deal on the vehicle. I finally had to deal with the sales manager. I was assured that everything that was supposed to be with the vehicle was with the vehicle and was in working order. When I got home I found the jack was missing. Cost of vehicle so far: Cheap jack kit $150 New battery $300 Second smart fob $300 Not worth the over 1 hour trip to the dealership.
