They were supposed to hold the car until I could there on Tuesday because that is my weekend. They sold it the next day and did not call me until Monday afternoon to inform me.

The entire Team of Kunes Ford of East Moline were outstanding. The Sales Representative, (Pete), was very thorough in explaining the sales process including vehicle selection, test drive, and financing opportunities. Pete explained all of the features of the vehicle I was interested in and answered all of my questions professionally. There was absolutely no pressure placed on me from anyone at Kunes Ford to purchase a vehicle. Once I decided to make a purchase, I was introduced to the Finance Manager, (Jeremy), to complete the necessary paperwork essential for the sale of the vehicle. Jeremy was vey detailed in explaining all finance options available as well as additional service programs offered by Ford and Kunes Ford. The overall experience I had at Kunes Ford was very pleasurable and I would give them additional "Stars" if I could. Kunes Ford is a "Top Shelf" dealership and I highly recommend.
