Horrible. Horrible experience. Worst dealership I’ve been to. The dealer I had contacted, took the day off and didn’t inform anyone else about my appointment. So walked in to see someone else drive off in the pickup I drove 3 hours to buy. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they accommodated me the slightest bit. But absolutely nothing was made right. I would never recommend Ken garff dealership. Especially Juanita.

Very good communication

Salesman (Ricky) seemed completely disinterested in selling me a car. I’m an out of state buyer, which I’ve done multiple times and never have I felt like a lower priority. Hours between responses, questions unanswered, to finally be told “doesn’t matter anyway, car is sold”
