Received an automated response . Internet customer service agent said they were not authorized to give price but would have someone call me. Never got call. Then got a message that I needed to call and did however was on hold for greater than 10 minnutes. So I moved on.

They said they had the car on their lot. I called and they said they would send me photos. More than a day later I never received photos so I went to the dealership. The car was not on their lot is what I was told, and that it was sent to a dealership over 1000 miles away. Today I got another update on the price saying it was dropped by $2000. Terrible online inventory management, but really bad communication by the sales team.

False advertising!! Published one price then presented a different price and refused to honor the published price. Claimed it was a typo. Shady dealership.

Very good communicator. Very transparent operation Carried out what they said they would do.
