Salesman (Ricky) seemed completely disinterested in selling me a car. I’m an out of state buyer, which I’ve done multiple times and never have I felt like a lower priority. Hours between responses, questions unanswered, to finally be told “doesn’t matter anyway, car is sold”

Horrible experience!! I intended to purchase a particular vehicle from this dealership. I found it online on a Sat., clicked on the option to finance, completed forms online, then clicked on the option to make an appt. Dealership is a 2 hour drive from where I live, and so I made an appt. for that Mon. morning to drive to dealership to finalize the purchase. I contacted my Credit Union and got pre-approved for financing from them as well, just to make sure I would get the lowest APR% on financing. I was contacted by email from the dealership on Sun., and they confirmed my appointment and my intent to purchase the vehicle. I left home early Mon. morning to drive the 2 hours to the dealership for my appt. After driving for more than one hour, I received a call from the dealership and they said the vehicle had been sold on Saturday!! I was only interested to purchase that particular vehicle, and they should have let me know sooner that the vehicle was not available!! Horrible! Avoid them!
