If your sales person is off, no other sales can help and you'll be ignored. The Sales Dept has no concept of internal communication. Sales staff is good at initial response but from there after it is up to the customer to remind them you're a customer. Getting answers was like pulling teeth!

This particular purchase was a challenge due to my busy schedule. I had reached out to the sales staff and Jeremy answered the call. I requested photos including the underside along with more detail close up photos and he came through. He had followed up with a very kind courteous call . I felt no pressure and I didn't feel as though i was inconveniencing him ( I've encountered this a few times) He offered his assistance and left it at that. Once i decided this was the car was the fit, they accommodated me through the entire process. they even sent a car for me on pick up day. Kim was spot on with the purchase agreement and warranty information, again, no pressure. One of the best experiences I've had shopping for vehicles, I highly recommend them and will use them again.
