I will not normally give ratings. However in this case, Bill his the team at Mid-State Sales were great to work with. The pricing was more than fair and a post sale scan of the trucks systems revealed that what was advertised was what we were purchasing. All in all a great deal and a really nice, family run operation. As smaller dealers go, I would both go back again and recommend Mid-State Sales to anyone looking for an alternative to the big dealers and high prices.

The dealership increased the price by $500 because I declined their financing. As a result, I chose to take my business to another dealer.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I’ve sent them multiple emails. Tried to call multiple times and can never get a hold of somebody. I half butt responses from Lee and Wes. Curt actually responded to a few of my questions. But I haven’t heard anything back since last Thursday and I intended to buy this vehicle this week before Christmas.!!! I’m still interested in this vehicle if they can transfer it to another Morries location, but I refuse to deal with this location now!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

I was very impressed with this dealer. they were easy to work with. While we did not buy this card, they helped us find a car we did like. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
