The sales specialist was professional in their follow-up, but the initial coordination was poor. I traveled from out of town for a confirmed appointment, only to have the car sold to someone else while I was en route. By the time they notified me it was available again, I had already moved on to another dealership. A disappointing experience due to what they called a "system error."

Price was $4,995 online, says for finance you have to put $3000 down, I go with full $5000 and he tell me the price is $8000.....all the vehicles on their site are priced differently then in person, just a scheme to get you in the door. I got there and the tires on the car were completely bald, car was filthy and the seat had rip in it that definitely didnt show online, waist of time

I’ve contacted this dealer thru the Car Gurus app and they never responded. I also tried calling them and let the phone ring for a solid minute with no answer, so I just gave up. They don’t provide a car fax report with the listing.
