This week, I bought my first vehicle! It was a great experience, and the whole team was invaluable in answering all of my questions! Aaron even sent me links to videos for tips on my new Audi, after the purchase. I will recommend CarZone to all of my friends! We drove 2 hours to get this car, but it was still worth the time! The person that responded didn’t seem interested in answering any questions. Just wanted to know when I was coming. They asked if I needed financing. I said NO, but…..they sent my number and email to financing companies anyway. So I started getting 100 calls from lending tree and finance companies. I never went to look at the vehicle, and I would never deal with this company again.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I made an appointment for a test drive and they sent the car to another dealer before my appointment with no notification. I was basically told “that’s the car business.” Horrible professionalism and very poor customer service. No one at the top knew anything about the situation but wasn’t willing to offer any help.
