I was able to get all the information I needed to make the 2 hour trip through text/email. Spent a couple hours at the dealership to test drive and complete the purchase. I have zero complaints, and it was a great experience!

Great experience just not the car for me

I really enjoyed my car buying process. They were well prepared for me and bent over backwards making sure I was satisfied.

Friendly and helpful

I confirmed the car was available. Made an appointment. Drove 30 minutes. Waited 15 minutes. Was told the car was sold yesterday. The car is still available online 3 days later. ALM Chevy is also advertising cars they do not have on lot. Today, I received a text asking when I wanted to schedule a test drive for a car that isn’t on the lot. Nope. We are done.
