They were good to deal with, but I went in a different direction.

To be fair, my communication with Rand was via text, however, Corbin was very responsive and professional. My dealings were more informational, so the interaction was short, but again, professional. Corbin was honest with how I should deal with my concerns as I would love to purchase the vehicle, just not likely in a good place credit wise to do so. However he made himself available to reach out to should things change for me in the future.

100% I will recommend this dealership to anyone needing a speedy turnaround. If you hate the grind everytime you need a car just go here. I think I was in and out in around 20 minutes. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

They low balled me on my trade-in (2024 4runner SR5 4WD with 20K miles - they wanted to credit me $32K before the Utah tax credit, and $34K with the tax credit). I felt that was sneaky given the tax credit goes to help the buyer and not the seller unless you let the seller take it from you. I showed them my Carmax offer ($37K) and asked them to match. So they said they would match, but that would include my tax credit from the state so they would essentially apply my tax credit to help them pay for my trade-in. Be very careful with the sales and finance manager here.

Filled application was approved , was promised a deliver date and then they never delivered and said car was no longer available
