Welll done Stoler Lexus ! My salesman was Sam who took great care of me as though I was his sister. He assured me that the preowned car I was purchasing would truly be as I expected (perfect) and he was right!!! Sam was always available for me , by phone to discuss my concerns and other relative conversations throughout the entire process as this was an out of state purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam / Stoler Lexus to any family member or friend in need of a Lexus.

Worst car buying experience ever, so many red flags. Went in to make a deal but I had to wait a few days for the title to come in, which was fine since it’s not the dealers fault. I put a deposit down to hold it. That day we made negotiations and I was promised a few things that would be completed before the title came in so I don’t have to wait any longer for the car. Once the title came in I made the necessary changes. We set a date to come in. I sent over paperwork and made changes to expedite the process. The day before the appointment I was asked if I can come in that day instead. A hour before coming in I was handed over to another salesperson with out notice or reason. I was then asked to reschedule to the next day. So after re arranging my schedule again I called the next day to come in. When I arrived to close the deal but when inspected the car, the work that was promised was not done. I did not close the deal due to the overall experience and took my business elsewhere.

They lie about price .. i travel from boston to new yourk and when i arrived they told me the real price is 7k more ..

Motorcar Classics has beautiful cars and are easy to work with on a purchase. I asked to have my own mechanic look at the car and they let him use a lift and spend 2 hours going over the car. The small issues he found are being corrected by the dealer before I pick up the car.
