Horrible. Bait and switch. Truck priced at $34,850. After all the taxes and junk fees it was $53,000 out the door. I see they changed the price of the vehicle by an additional 10k. At least the potential buyer won’t be too floored in the end.

I have asked one clear question and it has never been answered. Instead, I was receiving repeated emails asking for my phone number or assistance to buy a vehicle.

Horrible staff experience. No professionalism. Several phone appointments promised which were never initiated. I was promised scheduled calls and never received them. When aforementioned calls were missed, I always initiated the follow up as to what happened. The same vague excuse of "we dropped the ball" was offered time and time again. Upon the third missed scheduled phone call, I informed "Anthony" that he and his team lost a guaranteed sales opportunity.

The book value of the vehicle $6500 the car was listed for $7900, when we spoke about the realistic of the pricing the owner told us he needs to eat food. The had missing parts from the fog light, when asked to adjust the price owner refuse to change price on vehicle, after walking away from the bargaining table, we were called to return to so they can work a offer with us, we never return it was frustrating trying to workout a deal. So we did not return.
