Great team and friendly environment

When inquiring about the vehicle from app. the sales manager was quick to respond & kept in touch while getting information that wasn't on the CG app. The environment was low pressure at the dealership. Salesman wasn't trying to push me to buy or to hurry up while I was inspecting the truck.

I had a horrible experience. I inquired on the availability of the vehicle for several days. I was insured that the vehicle was available. Once I submitted my credit application, I was then told that that particular vehicle needed mechanical work done, but they could put me in something else. At that point I felt a certain type of way due to that is vital information that should have been communicated before running my credit. The lack of communication and a nonchalant attitude about pulling my credit score down for nothing. To add insult to injury a couple of days later went back on the website and the same vehicle is still up for sale. They have not removed it. That’s just my bad experience with them. Someone else may have a positive interaction with them, but I did not. This is just my opinion and facts that happened to me.

Couldn't get any information i asked for. Truly seemed like they didnt want to sell a truck at all.

Orlando was great. Love my new truck. He had it clean and ready to deliver. They even found another rebate and put it on the deal! Drove from Louisiana and I would do it again.

Contacted me and gave the appearance he wanted to work with me and then never returned my call, ignored voice mails and emails. Ghosted me!! Very unprofessional. All he had to do was let me know we couldn’t make a deal for whatever reason.

Tried making me pre apply for credit app just to get OTD price so dishonest

Dealer became extremely pushy when I said that I was going with another dealership that offered me more on my trade in. Dealer came down more on price but I still went with the other Dealer who gave me the better price to begin with.
