They were great! Danielle was absolutely amazing and was so helpful. We didn't even have to go to the dealer. The car was purchased over the phone and online and they delivered it later that day. Excellent customer service!

When inquiring about the vehicle from app. the sales manager was quick to respond & kept in touch while getting information that wasn't on the CG app. The environment was low pressure at the dealership. Salesman wasn't trying to push me to buy or to hurry up while I was inspecting the truck.

Harassing non stop contact attempts despite repeated blocking and spam reporting. I will never buy anything here, not even a cup of coffee.

The phone and website set-up with the dealer rep went well. Numbers were established and determined to be reasonable. So we drove 100 miles to evaluate the car and hopefully make the purchase. They liked my car and I liked theirs. When I was ready to make the purchase, the total cost for me to purchase the car more than doubled. The explanation to me by their GM was, "That's just a small amount of money to us." It wasn't to me.

Contacted me and gave the appearance he wanted to work with me and then never returned my call, ignored voice mails and emails. Ghosted me!! Very unprofessional. All he had to do was let me know we couldn’t make a deal for whatever reason.

Was actually a little disappointed. Communicated via email with Online sales manager and when I made the trip down there to visit with him about a truck I was looking at online, I was told he was busy in the back and I never got to meet him! Pretty much sunk the deal for me then!
