Dealerships near me (Fairfax Station, VA)

Was never contacted so alot of your questions I dont know

No one called or cares

They were very friendly and very helpful. But they didn’t represent the trucks condition truthfully. I specifically asked them about rust on the truck and was told no rust at all. Truck has a significant amount of rust! I would recommend definitely to go look at the vehicles before buying!! I had it delivered due to not having time to run out to them.

The never contacted me I reached out and was told I would be contacted and never heard from them I ended up buying elsewhere

Our salesperson was excellent. He was friendly and helpful. However, we were not pleased with the purchase process. We agreed with our salesperson on an "out the door" price and shook hands on that deal. Then the sales manager we spoke with tried to claim an error on the first offer sheet that they were willing to "eat" but the overall price he then presented was not what we agreed to with our salesperson. When we pushed back on the fact we were not getting our agreed to price, the manager stormed off in a huff. Because this car was the one we wanted, we settled on a price that was slightly lower than the original. As for the finance process, it was very easy and the finance person we ended the sale with was very friendly and personable. In the end, we purchased the car that we feel meets our needs. If it were not for the long length of time we spent at the dealership and the attitude of the sales manager, it would have been a much better experience.

I don’t know no one ever got back to me in regards to my inquiry

Amazing and alsome to do business with they made everything so perfect id buy from them again

The Lady Jocelyn was very Helpful! Shes a really good person! From test drive to paperwork, Amazing! Now when it came to finance? 730+ credit score and a 9 year old car for $26k+.. the bank would only finance 17k! Why would I need to put down almost 10k? In my opinion it’s over priced! I Loved the car and tried to do a counter offer of 20k and I’ll put 3k down! Didn’t work out! 30k miles was indeed what made me take the drive out there from Baltimore! A Genesis from a Genesis dealer? 3 months/3k mile warranty was not setting well with Me either! The Numbers are the Numbers I guess!

Great staff and great service
