We sent multiple things and documents such as our insurance cards our dL Then our dL in a picture with our faces. Then they asked to ft. They said it was because we wanted to licensed the vehicle on OK where we have rentals. Also our credit union is located in OKC and we have another BMW financed with) Which we also sent them a bank statement with the info of our OK address. We have bought multiple cars in the last 20 years and the lady 6 never stepped in a dealer. Buying a car is always a pain in the… and this is why. We have A credit and this should have been so easy.
