I requested information about the car on Saturday and was not contacted after numerous calls on Monday morning at their opening time on the way driving there (160 miles from Martin). We were finally contacted by the owner/salesman after we had driven over 100 miles to their location. This was a car I had been looking for. He could have saved us a 200-mile roundtrip had he timely responded. I am still looking for that Impala Premier. Thanks. Parks

Told them up front that it was overpriced and that I didn’t wanna even look if price wasn’t negotiable. Was assured that “everything is negotiable”, well maybe everything but this keep. Apparently it was “jeep season” so it was marked up and literally wouldn’t budge 1$ from asking price. Didn’t try to work a deal at all. I hope that thing sits and rusts even more than it already is! Found a way better deal on a nicer wrangler in Indy for way less money! Lux always thinks everything they have is gold, when in reality most of those cars are polished turds at best..

I was very pleased with the sales. We started talking about the sale price sales person said he thought it was 53k and then he informed it was 51k I then showed him the email for availability and the price was $48,990. I had informed them I had pre approval by Heritage Federal Credit Union they said what if we could save you money ok so they went through Huntington National Bank at higher rate than I had which I didn’t pay attention to the paperwork cause it sound like the same thing I don’t remember the discussion of Huntington Bank needless to say I refinanced with HCFU costing myself additional $165 I now know do my own financial and don’t depend on them they evidently make money on the financing. I don’t feel buying a newer vehicle has to be this hard can’t say I would recommend Towne and Country to someone else.
