Good responses timely and with info I requested about the car. Car sold before I could go to the dealer. Will keep checking with them as part of my search.

Response was pleasant. Did not have the inventory I was looking for but said they would contact me if the vehicle Im interested in becomes available.

I recieved calls from 5 different employees, explained each of them that I am just looking to ball park and shop so I know how much money to come in with in my hands in a few months...... Ashley and co called me back 3 times and texted me anyways. Great way to annoy someone before they ever see the dealership is by NOT LISTENING TO THE NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER. I wont be buying here, due to the thirsty gremlins that could not hear me

Typical dealership. Advertise a car for one price, then add thousands of dollars worth of costs that raise the selling price 25% over the original offering price. It would be refreshing to find a car dealer who listed the actual selling price of a car. Imagine any other product sold like this. I am fortunate to not need the car I was trying to buy, so I could walk away easily. If I could, I would always buy a car from a private owner to avoid all the up-charges.

Another salesperson contacted me, pushing incentives yet refusing to send an application, insisting I visit in person—despite the car being three hours away. Meanwhile, the vehicle still sits on their lot. The lack of honesty and integrity in these sales tactics is frustrating. Customers deserve transparency, not deception.

My salesperson, AJ, was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous at all times - a true professional. Michael Coehlo in Finance also went above and beyond to get the purchase price down to where I was totally comfortable and confident that I could not have done better on this truck anywhere else - and all with a healthy dose of charm and a rather paternal grace. Well done, fellows! I'll definitely come back for my next Honda... in many, many years!
