The experience was good until arrival at the store. AutoNation has a $895 doc fee, which they disclosed but only after I asked. There were additional "fees" that were not disclosed and unrelated to the registration and title work. I don't understand why it wasn't on the buyer's order. The number on the bottom of the signed buyer's order was not the number upon arrival, and they would not honor the signed buyer's order. So, no sale.

My salesman told me I was approved for the trip then when I got to the dealership, he told me I was $600 shy from being approved by finance. so then he pulled around a Kia Sorrento that was used had a baby bottle under the seat. It was terribly filthy and he wanted me to put my $4000 down on. It tried to talk me into it like it was in comparison to what I picked out. It was horribly not my style that he didn’t even have another car for me to choose from if I was $600 shy according to finance he wouldn’t even ask me did I have any other income I could add to make up for the 600 in which I did and could have presented verifiable money that I had coming in so I can get the truck that I wanted that he felt more comfortable, letting me leave empty-handed.
