I enjoyed working with Sterling out of Lafayette on the purchase of my new Ram. I loved the environment and vibes I got when I walked in the door. My salesmen, Ronnie who I talked to for a couple days prior greeted me and helped me until I walked out the door with my keys. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. AVOID, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Attempted to contact them about a vehicle, got a response from two different people with nothing more than a generic pre-canned greeting. I asked specific questions (I live 4 hrs from there, needed to know if it was worth the drive to see it in person) and got no response from either of them. Kylyend and Vanessa were the employees who did not respond. They signed me up to receive junk email from their dealership but I never got my answers. I then forwarded both responses with an explanation of my frustration to their Internet manager (Ms Thibodeaux, I copied and pasted her email from their website so I know it was sent to the correct address) and I have still yet to hear back several days later. Don’t waste your time with this company who places zero value on potential customers. If the car was what I was looking for, they missed out on a cash deal. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Waste of time . After I submitted paperwork and went to gather funds for purchase I asked could I pay deposit to hold car and was told yes Salesman ghosted me. Sold car to someone else
