Began working a deal on a vehicle and placed a deposit. Dealer did not follow through with commitment to resolve a known mechanical issue. Dealer made it so the only option was to back out. They went on to list the vehicle at a higher price and seemingly trying to pass on a vehicle to someone else without disclosing issues. Can’t trust dealer to do the right thing.

I had a wonderful experience. The manager and assistant manager responded to all my questions. They are wonderful people and honest. I would highly recommend this dealership. I am very happy with my car.

Dealer sent me credit application. Never heard back from them. Even if it wasnt approved i could of put the purchase on my credit card but never heard back from them so wont be dealing with them. Buyer beware.

I went to see the car I was interested in after I contacted the dealer. I accidentally left my drivers license in that car. It took 2 days before I got a call back in response to me leaving DL in the car. I did fill out an online credit application and never heard anything back, Today i went to pick up my drivers license and I asked if I could test drive the car. They allowed me to but when I brought it back they did not even talk to me. Noone was interested in selling me a car that I was interested in buying. These guys ignored me and made me feel unwelcome. Ill never go back there. I dont even think they really sell cars here.

I bought my 2008 Mercedes Benz e350 at this place. At the time I had no credit and this car lot made it happen when nobody else wanted to give me a chance the loan got paid off and I still own the car. Just want to say thanks again to the staff and Westlake financial
