He followed up with me throughout the week and was very helpful when I was finally able to get there. I was not excited about trading in my car, but he understood that I was having trouble letting go of my old car and gave me some time to really think through it. Since purchasing, he has followed up with me daily about a few things they agreed to, to help with the sale. They were very professional and easy to work with. Hopefully I won’t have to buy another car for a very long time, but I’ll be revisiting them for my next purchase.
