The truck was available and the price was fair. It was a loaner so that made it especially attractive. Talked with the salesman on a Monday and made plans to go see it Wednesday because the salesman was off Tuesday. Would have put money down to hold the truck and they sold it before I could get there Wednesday. Nice guy but not good on the communication part.

Awesome dealership in their communication and responsiveness. I would have bought this vehicle except this dealership does not offer online financing and I was going out of town on vacation a week later so this inconvenience was too much for me to deal with prior to leaving on vacation and as result the deal fell through.

I had an absolutely amazing experience here at canton ford, the entire staff was beyond helpful and transparent about everything, there was no shady business at all. They take very good care of anyone who comes in to do business. Highly highly recommend
