When I scheduled an appointment to visit and test drive, the salesman I dealt with (Jae), was great, but the price quoted was about $1500.00 more than was listed on CarGurus. I pointed that fact out, Jae checked & got it corrected. We chatted, haggled, and came to the cash price that I was willing to pay with my trade-in and I was satisfied with our negation. I left a deposit, came back 2 days later to purchase this vehicle. I spent 3+ hours filling out more paperwork, which I thought was a bit much for a cash transaction. The credit application was denied but nobody ever got back to us to let us know our credit reports were frozen and ask us to remove the freeze from our credit reports. We didn’t know they were frozen till another dealer asked us to go in and remove the freeze, which we did and were approved for a car loan instantly.
