I went to Precision Honda after looking at a potential car to purchase. The salesperson, Alex, was very helpful in helping me to decide whether or not I wanted to do a purchase from them. He not only showed the car I was looking at but he also showed me another one and gave helpful ideas on cars to purchase. He also introduced m to his boss who shared some information with me that I was not aware of. I'm pretty sure that I will be making this purchase because his helpfulness.

I knew there would be a lot of interest in the car and I was coming from far away but Albert never tried anything funny or rushed me to come down and check it out. On the phone he was helpful and we made a tentative deal over the phone, he emailed me the documentation to get my loan fast, and just like that I had a new car!

Stay away from these guys... I drove an hour because they said the car was in "perfect condition." Not expecting a lot for an older car, but it was in bad shape. Odometer seemed inaccurate for the condition. The first sales guy was nice, but when the owner showed up, it went south. I said I'd pass on the car and the owner said very rudely said "why?" And looked gave me a real sour look. I said the car is in really bad shape, the bumper is messed up, other issues. He said to me "what do you expect? A new car for $4000?" I said no but I expected it to be in better shape after I was told it was on the phone. He was very rude about it. As I left the dealership, I heard him shouting swear words about me to his salesman. This isn't a real dealership. This is a lot with a bunch of beat up auction cars in terrible shape. Have to play Jenga and move cars around to even see any of them because they're packed in tight like a junkyard.

We had a great experience with Route 66 Car Clinic. Vick and Mel in sales were excellent to work with, and Vaheek, the mechanic, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Yaris for my 17-year-old granddaughter as her first car, and I couldn’t be happier. The vehicle was in very good condition, priced fairly and with several engine parts already replaced, and the interior was in excellent shape. The entire team (the brothers) was polite, honest, and no-pressure, and the purchase process was easy and smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend Route 66 Car Clinic to anyone looking to purchase a quality used car.
