Pretty professional, they definitely were eager to reach out, but it was a painful process trying to get questions answered. (Got some non-answers and stuff about fees and other important details) Definitely could’ve gone worse but it would be nice if I could’ve talked straight with a real human about it.

Very sad. I was there at 10 am and they were detailing the car. So I said I would return in 2.5 hours. When I came back the car looked nice. Only they couldn't start it, and when looking at the oil stick there wasn't any oil on it. They asked if I would return the next day. So they could change the oil and battery. But I never went back.

Worst experience I've had at any dealership and I've bought many vehicles. The price listed is a lie, they will add warranties you did not ask for. I even talked with the GM James Law which provided zero help, they will scheme to get more money leaving you angry at the end of sale. Schyler Boyd is dishonest and untrustworthy. All communications should be recorded. The price shown on their website and CarGurus will not be honored. Hope I can save someone the hassle I went through. Should read all their negative review because this seems to be their way of doing business.

The sales person reported the vehicle sold and invited me to come by to look at something else.

Trying to make a deal they didn’t want to do it and they still do not stop calling me. I’m even called and asked them to take me off the calling list every day I get it. I will never buy a car there. They keep hounding me, but don’t ever wanna make a deal.
