Amazing people

My 2 boys and I test drove a few vehicles from Richis Auto last weekend. While we did not purchase a car from Richis, the experience was miles ahead of the larger auto dealers we have dealt with. Richis did not require us to provide any proof of insurance to test drive, and they did not ride along with us either. It was a very laid-back environment, and all the questions we had were answered in a friendly and professional manner. I higly recommed Richis Auto to test drive and purchase your next car. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and courteous. We will most likely return to Richis in the near future, as my younger son will be purchasing his first car in May.

This dealer is very unprofessional. He gets upset and he’s very pushy. If you do not want to buy his car he also got upset to the fact that I wanted to take his car to my mechanic to make sure it is a good car this guy just looking for a quick sale very unprofessional was upset because I have a schedule to run. I run a business and I cannot make it to his dealership at a certain time yet he insisted I buy his car very unprofessional. I would not do business with these people.
