It’s not always easy to find someone who balances professionalism with a genuine willingness to help, but he did exactly that. Overall, the experience was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience.

The staff was very accommodating and nice. Although we didn't find a car fitting for us, I would recommend them.

The sale went great

They was super great people. We was set on a deadline to make it to our cruise. They was super fast and helped get us the vehicle we was wanting.

Overall bad communication. Day 1 &2, spent time negotiating a price. Day 3 got a PO. Signed and sent back to them. (Decent communication up to this point)….then things started slipping. Day 4 then never called back or sent back signed PO, only until I asked for it on Day 5. Got the fully signed PO and I asked them about next steps(buying remotely) I was then told they lost the keys to the vehicle and it would be a few more days until they can replace them and not to send a deposit yet. Day 7 someone else at Spencer’s sent me a video of the car driving so I asked “oh you found the keys?” so I asked where to send the deposit and next steps…then they tell me that the agreed price on the PO is no longer valid and that they now had another buyer - so they sold it and said I was too slow. Really pretty disappointing on several fronts here.i guess lesson learned here is to put down a deposit first, then finalize price…or just be very wary of if a deal is real or not.
