Great follow up - vehicle just not quite up to my needs

The worst dealer in the city! I called with 4k down they wanted me to do all the paperwork before I seen the car. Literally wanted to have the whole deal done before I test drove the vehicle. I did what asked approved at 10% and I had 4k down. When I got to the lot 2hrs after my appointment I see the car running, so I peak in, now I had an ac issue in my Porsche that cost me 5k. So first thing I notice was the AC was blowing cold. I asked the rep he went inside and said “ oh we marked it down 2k. “ I told him why did you inform me of that this is a 45 min drive for me… the sales rep slammed the hood of the car and said the deal was off. Was very angry. I laughed walked to my Porsche. And went to google reviews. They lie and aren’t honest. I went the next to Berkenkotter Motors in Parker, the next day got a better approval with the same car at a better price. They lost a serious buyer to poor service.

Their ad was inaccurate the motor stated on the ad is not the motor the vehicle has in it I would not have wasted my time going and looking at it if I had known which motor was in the vehicle by their inaccurate ad just wasted a bunch of my time and fuel to go look at the vehicle that I would never purchase

Great truck. Well maintained and should last quite a while longer! They had a 2018 truck that I purchased from them instead of another one I had originally inquired about. I had a Cashier's check ready as we negotiated the price a day prior. I probably spent 30 min there and was walking away with keys. That included a test drive!

My salesperson Kaylee was great very friendly and helpful. Ryan the owner came over and introduce himself to me great guy and the finance manager great guy hook me right up on my loan I would highly recommend this dealer to anybody great people. Jon D.
