Very pleasant. Has very good vehicles. Prices are good . Was hoping to be a little better . But I guess when you have great vehicles. You get what you pay for.

Ralph Davila & the financial staff was phenomenal once we got there we was able to test drive it after that we discussed the idea on how we can go about getting the suv and Ralph gave his thoughts and it went well with our plan my next vehicle will be brought here. I’m thankful for Autoplex Inc

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I felt that the information I was given was unclear and at times misleading, which caused frustration during the process. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with them again.

A most unpleasant experience. I put a deposit on a GTI, managers called me with 2 different stories as to why they can't now sell me the car. Utter BS. They can't even get their stories straight. Misled me, and then took days to refund me my $5000 deposit. Come to find out they sold it to another party. The smiling sales girl (Zobia) just ghosted me and would not call me at all. A all around disgraceful exhibition by this staff and managers, esp Robb...I would avoid this dealership...good day!
