Had a chance work with Paul to purchase a new-to-me EV. He was lovely to work with, very communicative, and gave me lots of really good information about how EVs are different from traditional gas-powered cars. I recently test drove a 2024 Toyota Tundra and came in as a serious buyer, but the experience fell short. The truck had visible hail damage, and I was told it would be repaired in-house and not show up on Carfax. That raised concerns about transparency, as it’s something I’d feel obligated to disclose when reselling. There were also multiple condition issues: a sagging headliner near the moonroof controls, a missing wheel cap, and no radio knob, so I couldn’t fully test the system. Altogether, it didn’t feel properly reconditioned or carefully presented. The overall experience felt more like a stereotypical used car lot than a professional dealership. I left questioning what else may not have been disclosed. I came ready to buy, but left with concerns about both the vehicle and transparency.

Car they had listed was leaking oil all over and overall looked like it had not been washed or detailed in the 2 months it was on the lot. I do not recommend coming here unless they decide to give you a pre-inspection which is something they told me is against their policy.
