they keep sending me emails on my purchase of the vehicle that they sold to someone else after I had a purchase conformation number and email and they took a month to tell me that they sold it to someone else. I just got another email asking about my purchase again

Tried to purchase vehicle on 3 separate occasions and was told it was sold right before I called the last time. Dealership was supposed to do a FaceTime call with me to purchase vehicle but never called when they were supposed at set time. I had to contact them and got told I’ll get a call back. The girl that called said” I’m just the messenger “. Very unprofessional.

Communication was very bad. They also lied to me about contacting me. Then they sold the car as I was on my way will not shop there

I ended up not moving forward because I couldn’t get my finances right to buy the car I wanted, but I still want to give credit where it’s due. The dealership was extremely responsive and communicative, and they genuinely tried to help make an out-of-state deal smooth. They were transparent, answered all my questions, and shared plenty of photos and details of the CTS-V. Overall, great experience even though I didn’t purchase.

My experience was phenomenal. From the minute I walked into the dealership I was greeted and treated like a priority. We had multiple people coming over to check on us and see if we needed anything. Process was very smooth and was out the door in less than 2 hours. Before I left my salesman Bill showed me everything about my vehicle and helped set it up to my liking. I will return and purchase another vehicle from them when the need arises.

I'm on the fence about getting a car but I really like the place!! Very friendly and not pushy!! I love the fact they offer lifetime powertrain warranty on a lot of their vehicles!! I will definitely purchase my vehicle from them
