Perfect customer service. Very thorough with sales. Took to my mechanic and he verified it was a great deal. WILL DEFINITELY PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN. The only thing I needed to have refine was brakes and rotors. No big deal. My car will be paid in two years. Them I'll buy another one.

They contacted me but purchased something else

Dealer contacted me rather quickly. We had a few Tel-Con's about the vehicle in question. I ultimately purchased the vehicle but it almost did not happen. We were nearly finished about financing and then I had a few more questions to ask. That's when everything seemed to fall apart. I called the first time and during the transfer we were disconnected. No problem I will call back. Got hung up on again. Two more attempts all with disconnections. I finally called parts department and was able to talk to someone who sent me to the managers line, I got a VM. I noticed that every time I called the phone was answered by someone different. They really need one person to answer calls, or dare I say it AI. Don't send call's to busy sales people who are trying to sell cars. Listing was very accurate. Treated well at the dealer. Bottom line would I buy there again? Yes most definitely.

Didn’t purchase a vehicle but they still continue to reach out to me even after I let them know I was no longer interested.

I'll try to give my objective review of these guys. I went last Sunday to buy a used Hyundai Elentra from these guys. A sales person (named Julian I believe) took for a test drive and we liked the car. He than brought the price which I believe was 24 thousand something. I told him that my budget is not more than 21 thousand drive-out cost, and I'm sure they could neve give me the price. He talked to the manager and to my surprise he lowered it down to 21K and got my signature that it was okay. Julian was awesome! In the finance department, Mandella also looked very courteous. At one point he stated that if I change the oil of the car for next 3 years, he'll lower my monthly payment by about $20. So my wife, in whose name the car is, is good faith signed everything in ipad fully trusting him. Later on with all surprise we discovered that he made us sign service and other warranty contracts worth about $5,500. Also, while we asked for 60 month’s finance, they gave us 66 months’ fina
