Great experience, was able to inspect the car right away, test drive right away, the whole buying process only took 10 minutes and i was on the road.

They've been telling me ever since Friday that I should be getting an email any minute letting me know if I've been approved for a loan to buy the car. Then everything I call they always put me on hold because they don't know anything then they'll send me to a voice mail and I'll leave a message and never get a returned call. They can't want sale a car cause I was gonna buy one no matter the outcome of the application but they can forget it now. I'll go somewhere else if I was you worst car buying experience ever.

My experience was that I was ignored. No one from the dealership ever reached out to me. I sent multiple inquiries and nothing. Apparently, they are doing so well they don't need to bother with inquiries.

I reached out to the dealership on 4/13 about a Lexus NX that I saw on their website. No one so much as called, emailed or texted me about it.
