I went to look at a car priced $21995 but when the agent presented the first paperwork, the price was raised to $23995. Aside from the $2k difference, it also raised the taxes. The agent called the finance guy who wouldn’t honor the internet price, saying it’s a great deal and that internet price was there to get people to come. I wouldn’t have come for that price.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Be prepared to be told that there are certain policies in place, but those can literally change on a whim depending on the situation. I had a deal on paper for a vehicle. Since I live several hours from the dealership, have a job and kids, I needed a day or so to arrange a trip there. I determined on a Friday evening I could be there on the following Wednesday. I was pre approved, have a large down payment, and a trade in. When it came time to sign the five day hold, I was then told that they wouldn’t do this for me at that point because “it was close to the end of the month and sometimes we change policy”. Keep in mind this was February 13. I was then told if the vehicle they had made an agreement on wasn’t sold by Monday, they would then allow me to hold it until Wednesday. I found out from Car Gurus on Sunday they sold the vehicle to someone else. Needless to say I think these people are unethical.

I have worked in the car business in the past and I do know a really good and motivated finance manager can get car approvals done with certain lenders despite credit challenges. I have just been approved with a lender because a finance manager made it possible despite credit challenges. Do not waste your time with this dealership. They will also shot gun you to every lender even when they said they would not do that. There are hundreds of dealerships out there that will see you as a human and not a credit number.

everything went as planned, very pleased with the purchase. it was exactly what we were looking for. i drove 2 hours from Louisiana and it was well worth it.
