Just like all dealerships, they hold on to your drivers license, so that you can’t leave. The car was dirty upon visiting the dealership at ten in the morning despite having contacted the dealership the night before. The side trim piece was possibly sitting in the back the back of the vehicle. The sales person was asked multiple times to get the piece put on. The sales person stated they would get it put on while the deal was being made. The vehicle was not sent back to the shop until the deal was finalized. Then, I was told the vehicle needed to be taken to a body shop and it would take another hour. I headed to lunch and upon returning was told the body shop couldn’t get the vehicle in for a couple of days. Upon returning to TF, I discovered the pieces in the back of the vehicle weren’t even the trim. I don’t care to be lied to. I spent more than 3 hours on a cash deal. I didn’t spend that much money, but I didn’t appreciate being treated like a second-class citizen.
