It was a wonderful experience with buying a car from John Hiester. They help service you and get you into the car that you actually want and will not give up until they do. Everything is priced and they will negotiate to provide the best service for you as the customer overall a great place with amazing people. Financing was very smooth selling, and they also answered any questions that was needing to be answered.

The experience was good for the most part. My only issue is that I was told the vehicle would have a full tank of gas when I received it, and it not. It was at a half tank. I contacted the salesperson regarding this and she stated it was because the driver was pushed for time. This is not a good enough excuse for me because I just believe in following through with what is promised, but oh well, I cannot do anything about it now.

They price they advertise is not the price when you contact them, " I can not take the Zurich Shield off. If I take it off my discount will also decrease." so basically they put on a $1500 add on. to me this seems to be common place anymore with dealerships. I probably know more then any sales person they have so I don't want to go in and spend a whole day wasting my time so I prefer Online shopping but then again when you actually can't get the truck for what they are advertising it, is very deceptive.

I went in excited to see the van. When I got there I was "assisted" by an associate who visibly did not want to assist. He lazily walked my license into the office and threw it down on the table when he returned. He then took more time than necessary to being the dirty van around. He said they were not going to detail it or fix the broken seat because they wanted to sell it to a dealer. He then went to get another van but stopped to chat with others on the way sat in the van to collect himself then came back with no other vehicle to show. I left because he did not give a care about me or my need. He is the rudest salesman ive encountered period.

The car increased in price after getting a sales quote. Total out the door price was less than the new listed price. WOW
