Instead of showing us another option or trying to understand our needs, the focus immediately shifted to pushing financing. One salesperson was even aggressive and inappropriate, making us feel like we were “naïve” for wanting to pay cash or stick to our budget, and insisted the solution was to finance a $20,000 car—completely outside of what we were looking for.
