Sales Manager personally called to explain their process to complete the transaction. The entire organization was unbelievably professional. Best experience with and auto dealership ever. Can’t say enough good things.

Went to look at a specific vehicle. I was shown the vehicle however the the salesman had side conversation with my husband and then was set on me only having the new vehicle. Test drove the new vehicle to appease everyone. Never got to test the vehicle I went to see. I made clear that I didnt want to spend more than 33k. Was asked if I would be willing to stretch my budget, I said no. Was asked to come inside so numbers could be discussed, not for the vehicle I went there for, I then checked out. The interest of everyone was to get me in the brand new vehicle I didn't want. I left at that point in tears due to being unheard. Minimal conversation was had with me even though I was the one buying. If you're shopping for a brand new vehicle that's your place. I bought a newer used vehicle the next day elsewhere.
