Immediately reached out to me. Bought it there. Herb Lambert was great. I lived 45 minutes away so when I was ready they came and got me in their car. Reallly a great salesperson.

Friendly and interested in my shopping experience

We called and talked to two different ppl. Truck still wasn’t ready and took 45 mins just to be able to look at it. The dealership felt more like a high school cafeteria then a business. It’s just a corporate place with the employees having to rattle off a bunch of crap you don’t want to listen to.

Dealer responded by email. Was polite and professional BUT it seems the Sales Staff is not interested in following through for “contactless” sales. This was my second attempt at purchasing online with them to no avail. Don’t waste your time go elsewhere.

This dealership apparently does not want to sell a $40k used luxury car thats 4 years old and has some flaws at a discount. The salesperson was not there the day we drove nearly 2 hours to see the car. We were even going to test drive a different car while visiting and the car had NO gas in it and didnt make it out of the lot!!!! Very unprofessional place to consider buying a car and am glad i didnt buy one from them!
