I shopped around for a Wrangler for a while. I checked on this one at Secret City in Oak Ridge. I tried making an appointment to see it for a couple days but none seemed to be available? I finally made one for Friday at 9am. I live a hour and a half away, so I got up early to get there on time. I received notification from CarGurus not Secret City telling me it was sold. Why could they not at least let me know it was sold? Terrible communication from the dealership!!

Dealer was friendly but car was delivered to me with an out of balance tire and only 20% remaining oil life and 1/3 tank of gas. Most dealers would have taken care of this prior to finalizing the deal.

Didn't even see the vehicle I went there to see, so not even sure if it existed, they wanted me to pay $6000 down on a $7000 car, without even seeing it or driving it, or confirming it was there. Told me my trade in was only worth $130. Worst experience I've even had at a dealership, felt like they just wanted to get rid of me. Felt like a scam, I will never be back or ever recommend Ferris.
