Dodge dealerships near me (El Dorado Hills, CA)

Talked to salesmen told them I was going to see car with plan to buy filled out application which they said they never received but I have the email that says otherwise drove over 2 hours when I get there I asked to see car and was told it sold the night before complete waste of time and this was on Easter Sunday so I’d warn anyone to be cautious here and don’t believe anything they say just my opinion honestly dont see how they have any customers

They were very attentive. When I narrow down what I want, I’ll reach out to them again.

Drove from Sacramento to Pleasantville, wasted one hour driving when I reach to the dealership, Internet, sales manager, Landon told me that the Chrysler Pacifica was sold I think the owner Jeff Thompson should look into Internet sales manager and also general manager was there the day. I went very poor service they should have called me and told me the car was sold. I tried to call numerous time until today and the Sales Rep keeps telling me the car is available I am a repeat Customer for Thompson’s, but will not do business anymore. I had bought a new Chrysler Pacifica. The Thompson’s Dodge Jeep Chrysler deserves zero star Thank you

Above expectations

Vettel Arnold was great! He explained everything to me clearly and was very professional. I will definitely recommend him and the dealership! Thank you so much!!

The two people Alex and Nora were great! The follow up guy was too pushy for me. He tried to up sale me $1900 for after market wax and $3600 on 30 month 36000 extended warranty. I crossed it off but he would not do it so we walked out after a 2 hour visit. No puchase. They called the next day saying they have a new offer but we did not buy it.
