I recieved a call from salesperson but could not talk at the time. I sent a message that i could take their call at a certain time the next day. I was sent a message saying that i would receive a call during that time. That time came and went with no call. People get busy i understand but if you tell somebody you’re going to call them, call them . Or at least have the courtesy to send a message or some type of communication . Did not me feel like they wanted my business . So they don’t have it .

Salesman Jim Crampton went out of his way to make the experience pleasant. He had the vehicle detailed and a full tank of gas.

Even though I did not end up purchasing as they only had 1 option in the car I was looking for, they were very friendly, not at all “pushy”, answered all of my questions and extremely transparent. I’d highly recommend them to purchase a vehicle!

They refused to negotiate anything more than $600 of the price asking, even though it had been on the lot for almost 2 months. I won't be back. Bought at another dealership for a wonderful price and interest, and they had very helpful staff.

Very polite and professional

My partner and I recently visited this dealership and, unfortunately, had a poor experience. When we arrived, no staff came out to greet or assist us, which made us feel overlooked as customers. We also noticed that the van on the lot did not match the one that was advertised online, which was very disappointing. Because of this, we did not stay long. I believe customer service and accurate listings are very important, so I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
