Very helpful, purchased a used vehicle, they arranged transportation to be shipped out of state .

Not Happy with the process and the van had a lot of hidden issues , engine light came on later I had to fix, dealer told me that they will fix power windows I had to order the part , brakes were really bad I fixed the doors were not closing properly , after 2 months never got my plates or temp registration , I also financed with United Auto and set up auto pay they made a Mistake and after 40 days that I purchased they repo my van because “Apparently ‘auto pay was not set up , the tow driver came to my house and was nice to let me get my stuff out, he had the dealer on the phone and Moe told me they were towing the van to his dealer and for me to come out tomorrow and we can talk with United Auto and resolved the issue, not to mention when I found out that I was late and auto pay was working I made the payment and they still repo my van , so I lost my van 3500 down and 887 for the 2 months I had it, Beware when you buy a car here .

after 2 days the financing was not completed there was an unending we cant do anything about the website being down i moved on to a dealer that financed the car within 1 hour of contacting them. they called the following day to ask if i wanted to pit a deal together. id hive 0 stars if that were possible.

Great low pressure experience. Had things ready for my appointment and made the whole process from test drive to model comparison easy. Very knowledgable about the vehicles and was a smooth experience discussing pricing and finance options. Much better than other volvo dealers I went to in person.
